    Tulsi [Holy Basil] Tea* (Krishna, Rama, & Vana Blend), Assam T.G.F.O.P. Tea*, Cinnamon*, Cardamom Seed*, Ginger Root*, Cloves*, and Black Pepper*.

    Pour 8 - 12 oz of hot water over tea sachet or 2 tsp of loose leaf tea. Steep for 4-5 minutes.

    Optional: Add your favorite sweetener and/or milk.
